Inspired by the Icelandic river Laxá, this nightstand captures the fluid energy of moving water through its brass inlay that flows across the drawer fronts. The design is a dialogue between geometry and nature — where the warm grain of American walnut meets the gleam of brushed brass.

The structure is built from meticulously selected American walnut veneers, revealing rich, natural patterns that add depth and warmth. The signature brass inlay on the drawer fronts creates a sculptural contrast, evoking the river’s movement frozen in metal. Resting on a brushed brass base, the piece balances visual lightness with material strength.
