Designed primarily as a decorative object, the plate can be displayed on the wall or used as an ornamental piece within an interior. Its contrast of purity, romance and surreal symbolism places it firmly within the visual world of Hekla.

MATERIALS & MAKING

Each Heart Plate is crafted from fine bone china with a smooth, refined finish. The original Heart artwork is printed directly onto the surface, allowing the deep black field, golden stars and suspended red heart to become part of the object itself.
