Designed primarily as a decorative object, the plate can be displayed on the wall or used as an ornamental piece within an interior. Its mix of romance, celestial symbolism and slightly surreal detailing places it firmly within the visual world of Hekla.

MATERIALS & MAKING

Each Moon Plate is crafted from fine bone china with a smooth, refined finish. The original Moon artwork is printed directly onto the surface, allowing the deep black field, golden stars, sculptural crescent moon and suspended red heart to become part of the object itself.
